I am Nicholai Ronningen. I’m a Christian, a husband, father, and a small business owner. My daily goal is to serve our clients with a servant’s heart. I will expect the same of you.

Your skills are important, but your character is the bottom line. Humility, honesty, patience, a genuine interest in others, and a willingness to go the extra mile — these are some of the characteristics I am looking for in you.

You also need to be comfortable communicating your thoughts to others, able to accept criticism, willing to lead, willing to take direction, and detail oriented.
